Starting at the beginning:
- What is CBD? CBD is one of 104 chemical compounds, known as cannabinoids, that can be found in the cannabis plant. It’s a naturally occurring substance, which can be extracted and mixed with a carrier oil – often hemp seed or coconut – to create CBD oil
The most asked question regarding CBD:
- Is CBD legal in the U.K? Rest assured that CBD oil is legal across the UK provided it has been derived from an industrial hemp strain that is EU-approved. These strains contain very little to no THC (the psychoactive cannabinoid). There are strict restrictions in place with regard to CBD oil’s THC content: for CBD oil to be legal in the UK, it must contain no more than 0.2 per cent THC, and the THC must not be easily separated from it.

How Much Do I take?
Managing your dose is very important, following simple steps can make your CBD last longer, prevent waste and even save you money.
In order to gain optimum results from CBD it is vital that you listen to your body. The human body only requires tiny amounts of CBD. Taking too much can have the opposite of the desired effect. We always recommend starting from the lowest dose and gradually increasing your dose by the observation of effect. This is called the uptitration method.
